New REYN website launched!

Any child, wherever he or she is from, deserves quality education starting at birth. The Romani Early Years Network (REYN) is launching a new website to keep echoing this message.
Today 80% of Roma are at risk of poverty and every third Romani person lives in a household without tap water, in the EU. Segregation in schools with Roma-only classes is striking and there is growing concern about a Roma public health emergency which puts the most vulnerable children at risk.
2017 marked a new phase for REYN. In April, we launched our strategy for 2017-2020, which guides our international efforts and supports national activities in 10 countries – Belgium, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine.
In 2016 and 2017 we organized international events in Brussels to bring the voice of Roma people closer to European Union institutions. Now with a new website, we will be able to support our advocacy even better.
The new website will have many new features. It will have not only a blog, but also a news section, REYN National Networks pages and a brand new knowledge hub.
This content is now all searchable and can be easily filtered thanks to our tagging system.
The knowledge hub will give you access to many videos, publications and reports on Romani and Travellers children. It will also include useful resources about the workforce and the professionals working with them. Have a look at the different features and let us know what you think here.
